Our California Pale Ale is a tasty blend of old & new school PL: For those who like it dank, just slightly dialled back… Developed by PL brewer, Jackson Purser, its sturdy malt profile is backed by liberal amounts of US hops - with kettle, whirlpool and fermenter additions joining forces to get the job done. It pours golden with a fluffy head of foam. Expect aromas of stone fruit, black currant, and sticky pine. To drink, it’s clean and hoppy, with a hint of biscuit malt, and a sturdy back palate bitterness.
