This bright, yellow to tangerineishly orange beer pours into glass with beautiful, pure white, tinybubbled, under 2 centimeter tall foamhead that is sticking around for a while before fading into a half a centimeter thick white layer.. just like freshly fallen snow. On the nose I found light notes of fruitsalad with honeymelon and mango. Refreshingly green sprucetips, tart pineapple, foamy, slightly malty impressions on my very first sip. A tiny, airy swirl in the mouth gives space to more bitter flavours like grapefruit peel and also to more herbal, green and grassy tones. Taste on the tongue and cheeks slowly dries into a vision of a windy, yet warm and sunny spring afternoon that lets you forget about the long, cold winter and gives promise of new life. Slava Ukrainii!
