Who's Afraid of Jeff Goldblum?
6.5% New England IPA / Hazy IPA
New England IPA singularly dry hopped with Mosaic. Juicy, fruity, tropical mango and citrus with a pine buzz. Insatiable, unquenchable, animalistic. Be afraid, be very afraid....
Hops: Mosaic

It's a really interesting beer from Sureshot. This has citrus and mango with pine which makes it quite punchy. Great name too!

Selkeää mosaic menoa. Marjaisuutta, mangoa, persikkaa ja kevyesti pihkaa Runko on jopa hieman ohuehko ja kuiva. Elikkä aikalailla humala vetoista

Neipaksi tasapainoinen, kohtuudella humaloitu ja moitteeton NEIPA.

Lovely fruity IPA with a great finish. Lots of pine but with a slight fizz.

This is my first beer from the brewer Sureshot, interesting name and can design on this one. Catch my attention but let's hope the contents are worthwhile! Deep straw/amber coloured, hazy and visible carbonation. Beautiful Mosaic on the nose, it shouldn't be a surprise as this is a single hop brew and a DDH. Hoppy, dank and tropical fruit aromas make this enticing. Juicy pineapple and mango fruits with a piney resinous ending. Fizzy and soft in the mouth with medium body and a medium to long finish. DDHs are the best because of the decadent and excessive use of hops to get maximum uncompromising flavour and this brew is unadulterated Mosaic. The juicyness is strong enough to win the battle over pine, thankfully as I like my New England IPAs to be juicy and not herbal like a west coast! Mosaic is a lovely hop and having a single hop celebration of it here is great as you can appreciate it's contribution to blend brews. Also it's good to try a different brewer and it's paid off this time.
