A very cool self serve system in this bar, I would recommend to anyone visiting Prague. I was very careful with the pour but ended up with an outrageous amount of creamy, foamy head, easily four fingers worth.
It eventually settled and started to show its pale yellow body, semi transparent with mild catbonation.
Scents are damp, muted cereal, virtually indistinguishable at first before some sweet bread and dry cracker shine through and a light corn note brings some sweetness to the end.
Mouthfeel is very dull, what little carbonation there was is suffocated by the foam that cascades through then disappears.
Taste is strong, sweet doughy bread. Yeast is very prominent, dominant even. Some cracker 'cracks' through before the a bitter malt spike finishes everything and starts the aftertaste.
A experimental lager that, while I was happy to try, I would not buy again.
