Hyvä sour. Raikas, virkistävä, kevyt. Sopisi huikean hyviin kesään.

This beer is interesting: cucumber coriander sour ale. Cucumber beers are always interesting. My key criterion in the assessment is that cucumber is not shy. Secondly, coriander should also be recognizable but not dominant. Simple, right? The beer shows a semifoggy, pale gold outfit. Carbonation is tame, and a limited head rises on the top up to the level of less than one finger. The foamy lid moves really quickly to history. The nose enjoys hefty cucumber pickle. A pinch of sugar and lemon pulp escort the green vegetable. Coriander remains unfortunately camouflaged to me, and I would rather argue for a suggestion of dill here. The lemony side takes the lead in the taste. Lactic acid is intense, vinegar instead is very modest. Cucumber is indeed a tad pickle-like. Coriander and dill are both substantially restrained. The body is light. The finish is sour lemony, citrusy, but merely modestly cucumbery. Tartness is first ample but reduces hastily to almost nil. The aftertaste wishes to have a nickle to buy a pickle. The mouthfeel is light, tart, puckering and acidic. It's fast-fizzy and juicy. The olfactory experience starts promisingly despite the lack of coriander but the gustatory sensation keeps the sensation away from the sharpest top.

Kurkkua kyllä on, kuumana kesäpäivänä terdellä toimisi varmaan hyvin.
