The first of a series of Coffee Pales brewed in collaboration with Light Bulb Coffee, each one featuring a different single varietal coffee bean. Here we showcase the beans grown by Favio 'Fava' Reis at his farm Rancho Grande, located in Tres Pontas, Brazil. Tasting notes for the beans feature prominent tropical fruit notes, with further flavours of tamarind, rum and dark chocolate. A light malt base and low hop addition allows the character of the beans to truly shine through
