Have been meaning to put this new beer here for a while but been lazy. TK was willing to share this treat with me so I had to cave in. We had a little Friday (23.9) tasting on my quick visit before heading to my friend. Otter had a lovely thick mouthfeel, overall awesome flavours with wood and barrel on the palate accompanied by sour apple. Some toffee, caramel and vanilla. It didn’t turn heavy at all since this was not sweet which often is the case with many barley wines. I really enjoyed drinking it. Splendid stuff.
