DDH IPA made with a new hybrid yeast featuring NZ Cascade, Citra and Columbus.
This DDH IPA was fermented with a brand new yeast developed by combining our favourite New England yeast with a punchy Kveik yeast, producing luscious tropical and stone fruit flavours and a soft body.
Hops: Cascade, Citra, Columbus

Incroyable IPA !

J'aime beaucoup.

Perfectly balanced amounts of juice and bitterness, that is top tier!

Hazy and beautiful amber complexion with visible carbonation and minimal head after a few minutes of sitting. Aromas on the nose of pineapple, peach, orange, mango and passionfruit. Give the glass a swirl and you get deeper aromas and a sense of big body.
This collaboration brew has a collaborative yeast make up too, kviek and NZ yeast combine with three C's of hops, Cascade, Citra and Columbus. Very soft in the mouth, which enhances the juiciness of this beer, with medium body and a short finish.
Deep juicy stone fruit and tropical fruit, nectarine and mango standout with a spikey pineapple hidden below, maybe a sense of apricot with the citrus stab of orange at the end. Saying that's, it's not sharp or acidic in anyway of course. Little amount of bitterness almost translates to sweetness amongst the juices.
On the line between big and easy drinking thanks to its softness, with loads of juicy flavour and a morish residue left behind in its rwake after swallowing. Double dry hop IPAs are probably my favourite and this brew can be considered evidence of their superiority! This is flavour country.
