Has a strong coffee taste. It's a milk stout but I'm not getting much lactose to it. I think that it is just that the coffee is overwhelming. It is a "coffee cream stout". It is just missing the cream stout part. Overall it's not bad if you like coffee beers but that is all this is - coffee beer. That is why I'm only going 3 as I expected a little more. I do like coffee beers tho
