For our 150th celebrations, we challenged members of our brewing and quality teams to suggest potential recipes for our summer season brew. In the spirit of friendly competition, we let our customers decide which on would appear on the bar and the shelves in our anniversary year. Brewer Sam won the vote with his hazy costal IPA.
Sea Fog is unfiltered to retain that fresh hop flavour, giving it a light haze; like the coastal Fog that rolls into Southwold when the warm summer air is cooled by the sea. Its bright, spicy flavours of citrus and tropical fruit are similarly offset by nutty, honeyed malt characteristics.
