A stop @ an Irish pub. This IPA is dressed in lucid, pale amber. A creamy froth exceeding one finger. A standard citrus–malt combo in the scent. The taste is soft with malt, biscuit, grapefruit, grass and lemon peel. The sensation is light, soft, smooth, a bit dry and drying. And crisp, of course. Easier than a hardcore old-school WCIPA.
