This awesome collaboration pours a hazy light amber tone with an off white head. Buckwheat, bamboo woody notes, yeasty. Some smoked nori sea salt nose. Nutty. All covered in a grassy hop boquet. Light, crisp, slightly watery texture but has a full bodied flavor profile. You can absolutely taste the soba mingled with a perfect amount of hoppy bitterness. Subsides with a sweet "noodly-malt" note. Well balanced ale, you can definitely enjoy both worlds.
