A beer that uses champagne yeast is trying to say something I think. A distinctly sharp aroma is coupled to a remarkably wine-y flavour. Should I be taking about the bouquet? It even looks like champagne for goodness sake! Thankfully there's a fair old glug of pilsner earthiness reminding you that it's still a pilsner.

This was the second disappointment from normally amazing brewery.
