A belgian style surface fermented wheat beer. The colour varies from light straw to light gold. Features a citrus taste with a sour finish and a moderately sweet aroma, completed by notes of honey and vanilla, combined with a citrus fruit flavour and the gentle scent of coriander. Ingredients: water, barley malt, polish/french hops, surface fermenting yeast; other: wheat, oat flakes, dried bitter orange skin, coriander
