Nice looking beer of hazy, straw yellow with only trace amounts of head around the rim. Scents of melon, peach, mango with a base of citrus, both sweet and bitter. Some malts shine through, mostly caramel and a little biscuit. Mouthfeel is a little crisp at first, with decent carbonation but turns very juicy about midway. Body is medium at best and foamy towards end. I Taste is fantastic, the tropical mango and citrus pass quite quick and the melon and peach come to the surface and really shine through. The juiciness ads great depth to the fruit flavours and sort of merge with the malts instead countering them. Aftertaste is very dry with some pine resin filtering through and contributing to the mix. Fantastic dipa.

Hanasta. Pehmeän oloinen aavistuksen greippinen nedipa. Siinä mielessä miellyttävä, ettei ole liikaa makeutta.

Nelson Sauvin & Idaho 7, must be a winner! And it is! Mouthfeel is rich, smooth, quite dry, juicy and so tasty. This is so drinkable.... I can taste citrus, grapes, white wine, mango, stone fruits and some grapefruit. Aftertaste is dry, smooth and has some soft grapefruit. Nelson Sauvin as single hop, Idaho 7 as single hop. Good? Well maybe, maybe not. Together? Awesome! 😋
