Pale Ale for every possible situation. Dry and very neutral fermentation profile, bitterish and high on the hops due to double dry hopping. Interesting watermelony flavors from the German hop variety "Solero". Fermentables: Pale Ale, Pils, Wheat. Kettle/Whirlpool Hops: Solero, Citra. Dry Hops(DDH): Solero, Citra, Cascade. Yeast: Lallemand Köln.
