The taste is much sourer than I anticipate but still full of Mediterranean apple, very mushy, overripe, even somewhat powdery. Basically, a nice sipper but suffers a bit from thinness despite 6.5 %. The finish tickles appealingly in the mouth. The mouthfeel is thin, natural, tart and mildly puckering. In the absence of thinness, this would certainly rate very high. Is a cider eligible for #summerbeer22?
