5 millin kupla pinta punertavan ruskeassa sameassa, virkistävässä ja poreilevassa siiderissä.
Makeahko, kuiva, erittäin pehmeä omena siideri Puolasta.
Hedelmäinen.

Friday afterwork starts with a farmhouse cider in the countryside. Looks interesting... and natural. Namely, the color is relatively cloudy, burned orange. Restrained carbonation manages to produce a short-lived bubbly head that remains below one finger and dissolves hastily to nil.
The nose loves mushy Mediterranean medium-sweet apple mash and loads of waxy peel. Gives a beautiful natural scent to the nose.
The taste is much sourer than I anticipate but still full of Mediterranean apple, very mushy, overripe, even somewhat powdery. Basically, a nice sipper but suffers a bit from thinness despite 6.5 %. The finish tickles appealingly in the mouth.
The mouthfeel is thin, natural, tart and mildly puckering. In the absence of thinness, this would certainly rate very high.
Is a cider eligible for #summerbeer22?
