A Belgian style Saison with copious amounts of New Zealand hops, freshly harvested Somerset apple juice and wild yeast. Once bottled, it goes under a secondary Champagne yeast fermentation.

Fancy beer that thinks it's better than it is. Tastes like a Belgian ale to me. Its alright but not one I'd have again
