Novel. Good bitterness and depth, slightly rustic, with a homely, motherly soup quality to the beer that isn’t offensive. Good viscosity and caramel colour. Altogether an interesting drink, just not one I’d order more than one of.

It’s got a strange smoky compost heap taste. Not pleasant.
