At Five Stones with the son-in-law having beer direct from the brewery. Deep yellow color, clear. First taste is of the pineapple, a tart green Granny Smith apple, and the most dominant flavor is black pepper. Jalapenos show up late in the finish as a sting deep in the throat. Nice jalapeno flavor but the kick comes late. This is a very interesting beer, really like it but there's no way I could drink several of these. This is definitely a Texas Brew.
