Elle manque de caractère mais sa douceur nous fait tranquillement finir une journée de canicule sans nous mètre une bonne claque. Tout y est mais il manque ce petit plus qu’y font les très bonne IPA

An impromptu beer haul, while camping in France near Orleans, going where the wind takes us. The current camp hosted a small fair with local artisans. One of the merchants was the local (Olivet) brewery COB. I cooled down the big bottle and shared it over some very good burgers. It was a lovely, crisp, fresh and well hopped IPA, with refermentation in the bottle. Lovely fruits and a mild bitterness. Pleasantly aromatic too. I cant tell you the colour, due to coloured, plastic camping "glass"ware.
