A special beer of this restaurant, I guess. I conclude it from the name. 😅 The beer colors limpid, amber. Carbonation seems to be limited but, still, a tiny-bubbled, cream-hued head forms on the top. Retention is long as almost nothing changes in the texture of the head. Grapefruit pith, lemon peel and a decent dollop of zest emanate to the nostrils, accompanied by a negligible note of oat biscuit. The tongue receives bags of citrusy nuances, like lemon zest and pith as well as grapefruit peel, a pinch of malt cracker and surprisingly gentle hops. They are clearly there but don't challenge the tastebuds almost at all. The body is light. The finish carries the same upfront flavors over to the end. The aftertaste gets local for a short while. The mouthfeel is light, moderately zesty, light-crisp, modestly dry and more drying. It's quaffable and refreshing. Very undisputable.
