In 2022 we go back to the roots – rediscovering classic hops again. The Galaxy® is a shining star among Australian hops. It’s valued for aromas of peach, guava and orange. In our cloudy, slightly acidified Tart IPA it plays the main role, assisted by Talus™ variety. Hop Rate: 20g/l.
