Maku turvetta, kessua, bourbonia, vaniljaa, karamellia, suolaisuutta ja lakritsia. Miellyttävä olut.

Close of weekend. A Tobacco Curacao Smoked Salt Peated Rye Wine Bourbon BA sounds like... eeh, you tell me. I don't know. Too many specifications? Let's dive into the deep end.
The beer displays turbid, chestnut brown. Slothful carbonating unleashes a laidback beige lace ring circling the top. Soon the top is still.
Fig, date and a roasted note take the lead in the race to the nose. Caramel and syrup follow right on their footsteps. Vanilla sweetenes the combination beautifully. Bourbon is milder in the background, lying peacefully in a soaked barrel. I can additionally spot something very sweet fruit, like kumquat peel. Whoaah... this is superattractive and offers multiple nuances and layers. 🤎💜
The taste is full, intensive, warming. I love the hefty, and actually dominant, Bourbon, its barrel and the accompanying vanilla. Date and raisin represent the dried fruity sphere, fig is absent now. Salted caramel and toffee are in distant minority. Weak brown sugar joins the gang. Even a whisper of licorice can be observed among the flavors. 🖤🤎💜
The body is full but not enormous. The finish slams powerful Bourbon, a bit of vanilla and copious oak barrel. All the fruits, dried and fresh, are dropped on the road. The good old aftertaste is drinking whiskey and rye, singing, "this'll be the day that I die".
The mouthfeel is full, strong, intense, extraordinarily deep and really rich. It's very thick, somewhat sticky, neatly warming and absolutely barrel aged. Elegance can also be identified but only to a small extend. Complexity is certainly there, the beer offers a good touch of layers.
Flavorful. Big time. Slow sipper, don't expect anything else. Quality time with this beauty. Satisfaction guaranteed.
