In Texas at my daughter's house. Son-in-law and I about to try a Guinness chocolate mint stout.
Dark brown color, opaque, almost no head. Aroma reveals both mint and dark chocolate, reminds of those chocolate after dinner mints. Medium texture, not soft but on the dry side. Flavor starts with a cool refreshing mint, chocolate blends for a balanced event. Finish turns the chocolate into a dryer, more raw cocoa quality with traces of the bourbon barrel. Very sweet.
Good but really thought it would be a lot better.
