
Poured into a glass, dark, almost black, kvass gives rise to a light brown head. Its aroma has a note of roasted rye bread, honey and dried raisins.

Sweet rye kvass. This market hall in Āgenskalns is a really nice place to enjoy some craft beer. Besides Valmiermuižas beer embassy, Vest has moved here too.
