Mixed culture wild ale fermented & matured in French oak over 10 months, on macerated sour cherry & strawberry. The beer pours a natural rosé hue. Aroma is lightly funky with notes of cherry, blackberry, dried hay, & lemon oil. Palate is delicate yet complex. The finish has a touch of acidity.
