A strong lager inspired by the great Helles Bocks of Bavaria. Rounded, toasty malt flavours and a touch of sweetness are expertly balanced with light fruity esters and subtle floral hop notes. Gentle bitterness and a hint of alcoholic warmth leaves a smooth, refined finish. MALTS: Pilsner, Dextrin, Munich, Light Melanoidin HOPS: Northern Brewer, Hallertau Hersbrucker
