For this special single hopped pale ale we’ve used our smooth house pale ale malt base, a fruity IPA yeast along with bundles of fresh frozen Azacca hops in th boil and a healthy dose of Azacca T90 for the dry hop. Altogether results in a bright and refreshing pale with flavours of mango, tropical fruit and citrus.

Second time in a week where I’ve found a beer not previously listed on here. This is an absolute beauty from the folk at Quantock brewery. A hazy dream of a pale ale. Mainly shouting mango, mango, mango at your taste buds it’s as smooth as you like and at only 4.5% abv it’s also a more sensible tipple to boot.
