My last 🇨🇭 beer for a while. The beer cracks open fizzy and start pushing materia out of the can. Not abundantly but a little anyway. The color of the beer is corn yellow and it allows only a fraction of light to go through it. The arrogant carbonation unlocks a mounting head that surpasses two fingers but dissolves hastily to a mediocre lace ring circling the top. The nose picks some zippy aromas, like grapefruit zest, lime, a proposal of mint and wheat malt. On the tongue, grapefruit, lemon and lime merge into one gustatory punch which is supported by a wheaty backbone. Mint is unattainable for the tastebuds. The body is actually thin. Not even light but thin. Lemon and lime continue to the finish that is quickly at hand. And it moves away from the taste receptors fairly soon. The mouthfeel is thin, zesty, zippy, moderately dry and drying. It's crisp and refreshing, as well. I should sometimes visit this brewery since it's located only 13 km away from Geneva in a place called Avully, very close to the French border.
