Dinner @ a Nepalese. Meal accompaniments. The first one is actually from 🇳🇵
Clear, pale amber beer. A restrained off-white head. Sweet malt, biscuit, bread and distant caramel in the air. Faint honey? Hmmm, maybe. Or not.
The same experience on the tastebuds. Sweet malt, for sure. Biscuit, sweet bread, apricot. Not exactly fully predictable.
The sensation is light, soft, smooth, balanced and clean. Savory. Or maybe I'm just hungry?

Sormenleveyden verran luonnonvalkoista vaahtoa samean kellanruskean valoaläpipäästävän semiläpinäkyvän oluen yllä joka tuoksuu makean yrttisen ruohoisan maltaiselle ja maistuu kuivan kepeän vetisenpuoleisen yrttisen ruohoisan maltaiselle, kaks ja kolmevarttia ylöspäin.
