Taking an IPA break today. This is an imperial pastry stout brewed with dark chocolate, sea salt & peanuts. Heavy on the peanuts. Medium on the dark chocolate, although it is more sweet than bitter. Light+ on the sea salt. Has just a bit of a caramel taste to it too. It’s on the thin side. Well carbonated for a stout as you can see. Overall it’s pretty tasty but a little sweet. It is a pastry tho so I guess that should be expected.
