Misty, crimson beer with a small-bubbled, pure white head that reaches almost two fingers. Long retention pushes the head to the sidelines and leaves a few downpouring patterns on the rim of the glass. Sour cherry juice pleases my nose. Faint redcurrant, sour apple and a whisper of raw gooseberry give additional vibes to the fragrance. The tongue enjoys sour cherry juice. The other components include sour apple, redcurrant and a sigh of cranberry. Moderate yeast seasons the supportive wheat malt. The body is light, which is also on a thin side for 7.6 %. This beer seems to go with many different ABVs. The flavor cocktail doesn't really change from upfront too the end. The aftertaste can't wait to get home so it can tear that cherry out. The mouthfeel is medium, juicy, medium-tart, a bit puckering and acidic.
