Tämä pääsi jotenkin yllättämään kun odotin vähän muuta. Luulin että tämä on perus vähän tuhdimpi west coast, mutta tölkistä kuoriutuikin lähes barley winea muistuttava makupommi. Parempi kuin odotin siis. Lasiss syvän kuparinruskea ja hiukan samea. Tuoksu on intensiivinen, hiukan makea ja maltainen mutta myös tiukasti katkera. Alkoholi tulee vähän esiin jo tässä vaiheessa. Maku yllättää. Heti lähdössä maistuu syvä maltaisuus, pähkinäisyys ja vaahterasiirappisuus, jota tasapainottaa tiukka humalointi. Fiilis on vähän kuin Fullersin 1845-oluessa, mutta vielä tymäkämpänä. Maku vaan voimistuu kun olut hiukan lämpenee. Jälkimaussa on samaa makeutta, mutta humalointi tietty hallitsee päällimmäisenä. Alkoholi tulee myös selvästi esiin lopussa lämmittävänä tunteena. Omaan makuun Brewdogin parhaimmistoa.

Ridiculously quaffable DIPA, considering its ABV is a nose bleeding 9.2%. Very drinkable, so need to stop myself at 1 otherwise I am sure to burn the dinner. Dark in colour for an IPA this is a decent drink.
