In Texas with family having some more unusual Texas beers. How can you not try a Clint Eastwood inspired Italian style pilsner? Spaghetti western movies at its finest, love them all. Has an incredibly high head even on three separate glasses. And it is lasting and lasting. Hazy deep yellow color. This follows the guidelines of an Italian pilsner with Tipopils unfiltered characteristics. Has a citrus aroma. Flavor is the perfect lemongrass you would expect. Effervescence continues straight through the finish. Absolutely delicious. I am not familiar with this style but this is delicious and exactly what I would hope to experience. I think they did good.
