This English Old Ale is direct in its delivery, substantiated by Maris Otter as a backbone and plenty of dark malts. Last Will and Testament spent over 2 years ruminating in bourbon barrels, and at 12% ABV, it features notes of vanilla, caramel, raisin, and tobacco.

Having this on location at Monday Night Brewing in Birmingham. No bottle, on tap.
Dark reddish brown color, almost opaque. Very little head in the glass as served. Dark malt aroma, medium texture, flavor of caramel and raisins up front. Brown ale type of bark bitter flavor. Has a very dry and earthy bitter finish.
Unusual brew with a very old style feel. A basic raw and earthy brew.
