Coconut gives vibes of a tropical paradise and mingles with a touch of vanilla. Tangerine, orange zest and a bit of lemon pulp add both sweet and sour citrusy elements to the cocktail. Very attractive Pastry Sour! 💛💛 The body is neatly light-medium. The finish tweaks in a more sour direction with citruses while guava tends to get confused with passionfruit. Timid coconut follows behind. The mouthfeel is fuller than just light, zesty, tropical and pulpy. Tartness remains moderate. The mouthfeel is also creamy, slightly lip-glueing as well as extraordinarily balanced. Successful fruit bomb!
