Well, the sun is shining so it is now the season for garden work and alcohol free beer.
A nice looking can pours a body of light, rose-pink, with moderate haze, some carbonation up the glass and no head.
Aroma is like a citrus base, more sweet lime than sour lemon, with lots of lychee amd hibiscus. Dragonfruit is advertised but I wouldn't recognise it to be honest.
Mouthfeel is perfectly bubbly, not too much like it's burning your tongue but enough so that the beer isn't flat.
The expected sour taste is replaced with a juicy sweetness, that tastes sincerely fruity, rather than the synthetic flavouring that is sometimes added to these beers.
This sweetness arrives all at once and the lychee is dominated by the citrus and the hibiscus arrives in for contrast.
It finishes with a pleasant dryness that left me wanting more.
Cant wait to get it again.
