This is supposed to take 5 - 7 minutes to pour (I’m assuming on tap) hence the name. This has to be the best American made German Pilsner I’ve ever had. Clean and crisp. Has a crackery, bready and a slightly toasted grainy malt. Has floral, herbal and spicy hops that has some hay to it. The hops linger in the mouth. Finishes dry. Overall this was excellent. It has premium German ingredients (100% German malt and Hallertauer Mittelfruh noble hops). Just because they used German ingredients doesn’t mean they get it right over here. They really nailed it tho. Has Peak Performance date of 03.18.26. The first time I’ve seen a Peak Performance date.
