A holy hop trinity of El Dorado, Simcoe and Citra create strong tropical candy notes like lollipops, starburst and pineapple gummy bears. Mouthfeel is soft but chewy.

GREY’S VIEW
El Dorado, Simcoe & Citra hopped NEIPA.
I get ripe tangerine, peach-pineapple purée, greenherbs and piney goings. It gives dry-ish pine cones, hay quite quickly to level out the ripe fruits. Mouthfeel is somewhat snappy with medium body wrapped around lively bubbles. Hop oils are working hard here. Aftertaste has lemonpeels, pineresin and nice amount of hop oils.
OTHER NOTES:
Clearly on the ripe side, but it’s a delight one to enjoy. Solid palette with clear direction makes this enjoyable.
