Piney, spicys, wet grass to go with mellow apricots. Surprizingly strong. HEAD: One finger tall, shy. GREY’S VIEW Wet Simcoe Single Hop West Coast IPA. Taste starts nicely, giving; pine bark dipped in hop oils, apricots and stonefruits ig., also kiwi peels and some white pepper are there. Body is well on the medium side with sharp-ish carbonation and plenty enough feel of hop oils and lip gluing resins. The white pepper grows as more liquid goes down. OTHER NOTES: Clear tasting and pure feeling beer. Nicely slow to enjoy while the hops works hard in this. Enjoyable. CANNED 19/10/2021 TASTED 14/2/2022
