Impressive color in the head! Notwithstanding, the top is soon flat still. Adorable and decently hefty scent. Bags of cacao nibs and dark chocolate ganache join their swag friend vanilla to show their seductive moves. Lactose and oat flakes perform in the shadows. The taste identity is lofty: overwhelming dark chocolate and bowls of raw cacao pods don't give mercy to the tastebuds. At all. The sensation is almost sharp and somewhat tangy, maybe with some coffee beans and distant cinnamon in support. Somehow the taste is also a bit like barrel aged, definitely not Bourbon but rather like young malt whisky. The body is medium-full to full. The end serves strong soaked oak barrel, raw cacao and chocolate as well as faint espresso of yesterday. Alcohol isn't exactly detectable but probably gears the package in a tangy direction. The aftertaste is beautiful, yoo yoo yoyo, mama moo. The mouthfeel is medium-full, intense, deep, slightly tangy, marginally sticky and desserty. #summerbeer22

Kuohkea 1 sormen paksuinen vaahto tumman punertavan ruskeassa läpinäkymättömässä, täyttävässä ja lämmittävässä oluessa. Tässä Portermass versiossa lisukkeena kookosta, vaniljaa ja kanelia. Perus version lakritsista tai salmiakista ei tietoakaan. Suklaisempi tämä, tässä ei kyllä tuo kaneli maistu juuri lainkaan. No hyvää joka tapauksessa on. Karamellimainen,Paahdettu leivän kuori, pähkinämäinen ja suklainen.

Tuoksussa kaakaota, kanelia, kahvia, vaniljaa ja rusinaa. Täyteläinen suutuntuma. Kanelinen ensipuraisu. Kahvia ja vaniljaa. Hieman rusinaa ja kaakaopapua. Mausteisuus säilyy loppuun asti. Ei ihan yhtä hyvä kuin perusversio, mutta ei mitään isompaa valitettavaakaan.

Mustaa. Vaaleanruskea vaahto. Tuoksu paahteinen ja kaakaoinen. Maku pehmeä kaakaoinen, vaniljaa ja mausteista kanelia(BB11/1/24) Miellyttävä olut.
