DRY JANUARY, day #31. Now a non-alc Kombucha. Straight from the bottle. Can't see the color as the bottle is brown. The fragrance is massively rich in raspberry. It's sweet like sugared raspberry mash, maybe also jam-like to some extent. The taste follows the suit: rather powerful raspberry juice dominates on the tongue. Interestingly, I can also find faint blackcurrant juice behind the raspberry storm. No tea-like flavors are observable. The finish lingers in the mouth for quite a long time. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, somewhat soft-drink-like, s bit sparkling and also modestly mouthcoating. Well. I don't know... These flavored non-alc Kombuchas tend to be very soft-drink-like. I still want to review a couple of "natural" Kombuchas without any adjuncts to experience what they really are about. NOTE: The barcode directs to the "California Raspberry" version which is 1.2 % instead of the 0.5 % of this sole "Raspberry" version.
