Inspired by a caramel walnut brownie, this brew was aged on caramelized walnuts, cacao nibs, and coffee. Depending on your circadian rhythm, it is both the perfect start or end to your night.

Visiting a new brewery in Birmingham Alabama, Monday Night Brewing. Based in Atlanta, they are expanding to new territories with original beers and a great facility.
Very dark brown color but not totally opaque. Strong aroma, sweet chocolate and maple notes. Thick texture, leaves a ring around the glass but not syrupy. First taste is bourbon boozy, notes of brownie chocolate, caramel, ending with a maple sweetness. Strength of flavor is intense. No surprise on the finish except perhaps some walnut type nutty aspects.
Overall I love this beer. Seems more boozy than 11 1/2%. Warms going down the throat. My kind of dessert beer. I love it.
