Last years edition, aged in my cupboard. The head disappeared in an instant. Looks more hazy and brownish. Aroma: Not as pleasant as a fresh one, but still ok. Dried fruits (more than from a fresh bottle). Almost like burnt brown sugar. Taste: Some dry roastiness comes through. Less dried fruits than expected. Smooth, but I thought it would come toghether even better. I gave this version 3,7 stars a year ago. I gave the 2022-version 4 stars. So this version was probably not as good from the beginning. I liked this one the least out of the 3 versions I tried tonight.

Aroma: Malty. Tiny hint of dark dried fruits. Taste: Somewhat sweet. Lighter than I expected. Tiny bit of brown sugar and dark dried fruits. Soft. Smooth. Pretty different from the 2020-version that I aged for a year. Let’s see what happens to this one until next winter.
