Pour is a little uneventful, but leaves the expectant golden body with a deep amber hue. Light carbonation and trace amounts of white foam top this as aromas of malted barley and sweet biscuit hit the nose before mellowing with some gentle wheat and a little sweet corn.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, surprisingly robust and crisp in equal measures with all of the above maintaining well throughout.
Taste is soft, some might say muted, but it feels like all the critical points are achieved, even if they aren't as intense.
It starts with light cereals before the bitter malt rolls in, distinct dry cracker and roasted barley.
Some comparatively sweet wheat returns to off set the bitter malt and morphs slightly into the corn note from before.
Not a million miles from authentic pils but those are still on there for us and I think there's no harm in trying new things.
I would buy this again.

So much better than your average pub pilsner.

Helposti lähestyttävä ja laskee aivan huomaamatta. Vaahtoisa tuntuma ja pehmeä maku. Janoon helppo valinta.
