GREY’S VIEW
Simcoe, Citra & Strata hopped NEIPA.
Taste is tuned down. There’s grass, chopped cantaloupe-pineapple mix, oranges and light pitay flesh too. Grains are present also, which is nice addition to the being. But it’s notably easy.
Tiny, semi soft carbonated body is light-ish and easy. It’s decent and obscure like the nextdoor neighbor.
Backend dryes calmly, with some herbal and more of mixed, easy going lemons.
OTHER NOTES:
Easy piece, with easily forgettable everything. Might be the age thing, but then again, US breweries should send us more fresh pieces here 👊🏼
