….ist dieses Pale Ale aus Südaustralien, das etwas floral und vor allem nach Citrus und süßer Grapefruit riecht.
Crisp ist der citral herbe, fast trockene Antrunk. Ordentlich karbonisiert, schlank, Zitrone, Grapefruit, gutes Gleichgewicht aus Süße, Säure und Herbe.
Easy to drink.

Ein bisschen Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit verspricht das Pacific Pale Ale von der Coopers Brewery 🇦🇺.
Das gelbe, trübe und mit ordentlich stabilem weißem Schaum bedeckte Pale Ale mit 4,2% bringt eine pfiffige Citrusschärfe an die Nase und erfrischt den Gaumen mit einer etwas einseitigen, aber durchaus soliden Hoppiness, die im Abgang leicht ins Bittere übergeht.

Höchst instabile Schaumkrone. Ansprechende Trübung. Leicht Lemongras und Zitrone. Eigentlich recht wässrig und flach da habe ich vom Geruch mehr erwartet. Leicht herb bitter. Im Hintergrund eine leichte Säure.
Trinkt mehr Bier 🍺, es möge wirken
