Cette DIPA est juste incroyable... Une robe claire et parfaitement trouble a couper le souffle. Des arômes d'ananas au nez et en bouche ultras présents du début à la fin. L'amertume est fine mais bien présente en fin de dégustation. Un cocktail absolument parfait. J'en redemande de suite !

Full of truffels, earthiness, some gooseberry leafs and those endless south european vineyard roads. Uh ❤️ HEAD: One finger tall. Swift. Damn swift. GREY’S VIEW Mosaic Single Hop NEDIPA. First sip is surprisingly plenty in sweetish fruits. Ripe pineapple-mango mash with hints from cantaloupe cupes. I warm it up a bit more… **15 minutes laterrr** Okay. Now the Mosaic starts to build up. I get that beautiful sticky, hop oily being with slowly runny feel. Overly ripe mango and pineapple with molasses soaked wood sorrels, young earthiness and mixed set of berries yes. Mmm, it’s so sticky 🤤 Body is abundant. Juicy, low on bubbles with the tiniest nip from the hops (them fitting perfectly the palate). Aftertaste is sticky juice galore! Absolutely. Yammeee! OTHER NOTES: This one needs to really warm and breathe up before enjoying. It’s somewhat hybrid between juicy and sticky Mosaic brew. Delightful one to enjoy slowly. CANNED ??/?? TASTED 14/1/2022
