Kokos tar lite överhand

Kookosta,just the way i like it. Hedelmää löytyy toki myös. Sopivan hapokasta ja sopivan hapanta. Suutuntuma hyvä,melko täyteläinen,niinkuin pastryssä pitääkin. Jotain jäin kaipaamaan,ehkäpä tuo mango jäi kuitenkin vähän laihaksi. Omalla kohdalla,kookoksen ystävänä,reilu kookoksen maku kuitenkin paikkaa kivasti. Raikas ja kesäinen. #summerbeer22

After sauna beer is a #summerbeer22. The picture is earlier today in a swamp where we went to check if cloudberries were ready to pick. They weren't. But soon they will be 😎😋 Back to the beer. It portrays murky, deep orange. Looks delicious, like tropical breakfast juice. Amenable carbonation surprises me and kicks up a cloud-white, porous head that inflates three fingers thick. Yet, the top is soon all cleared. Mushy pink guava, mango and passionfruit voice their call to my nose. Lactose is fairly evident in the scent, as well. Orange, tangerine and peach add their aromas to the cocktail. Still further, I first think there's also vanilla but it's actually coconut that brings a soft sweet touch to the medley. The tongue receives an interesting package that has a sweet side and a sour side. The sour sector is composed of dominant pink guava that is astonishingly zippy and accompanied by a whisper of passionfruit. The sweet segment offers ripe mango, coconut and lactose. Lovely siren song straight from the tropics! The body is medium-full, thanks to lactose. The finish intensifies sour guava even to the next level. And it's pretty much like the sole component at this stage. The aftertaste takes its door position and gets ready for gate arrival. The mouthfeel is relatively full, nectar-like, a tad tart and really zippy. Lactose makes the sensation quite smooth, as well. Intriguing!

Tuoksussa kookosta, mangoa ja parfyymimäistä kukkaisuutta. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläinen, kiitos laktoosin. Kookosinen ensipuraisu. Vetistä mangoa ja yllättävää kitkerää appelsiininkuorta. Vetinen loppu. Kookos on liian dominoiva, eikä kitkeryys sovi tähän kovinkaan hyvin. Onneksi ihan juotavaa silti.
